RETURNS AND REFUNDS

we really hope that you love every item from us, however you are more than welcome to return items as long as you contact us at hi@themamstore.com with your order number and details within 14 days of receiving your order and the returns criteria below is met
please ensure the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your returns email

RETURNS CRITERIA 

𐄙 the product you wish to return must be in a saleable and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. any items damaged or worn in any way cannot be refunded
𐄙 all products that are on sale / discounted of 10% or more are final & cannot be refunded or exchanged
𐄙 all sale orders are final
𐄙 all pre ordered items are non refundable due to being ordered for you 
𐄙 mam does not take any responsibility for any returns postage & any loss or damage to the products
𐄙 once your return is received we aim to process the refund within 48 hours and refunds to be with you within 28 days of the date we received the return. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed
𐄙 refunds do not include the original postage & packing costs
𐄙 refusing or not collecting a package does not constitute a valid return, as well as items being returned due to address issues and will not be refunded. Redelivery charges will apply to reship your order & it is the customers responsibility to arrange a redelivery by contacting us via email 


EXCHANGES

if an item is faulty, damaged, or you need to exchange an item for a different size, you are more then welcome to do this. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable and unused condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately if we receive an item that is worn / used then we cannot process an exchange. If the size requested is not available, then we can issue a refund or exchange for a different item of the same price. We do not offer exchanges for international orders

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

𐄙 when ordering from overseas, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and import taxes as well as shipping clearance fees imposed by your country. This includes any VAT, GST, duty levels and customs brokerage charges that may have been incurred
𐄙 these charges are not included in the final cost at checkout unless you are from the USA
𐄙 duty / taxes vary by country and parcel value, we encourage international customers to check with their local customs authority to estimate potential charges before ordering
𐄙 if you refuse to pay customs or import duties and your parcel is returned to us you will only be eligible for store credit minus the cost of shipping and return shipping 

we use this policy as cross border returns come with extra costs, customs complications and delays. Our international shipping policy is here so we can keep our shipping fees low and ship to all customers whilst covering the logistical costs and keeping our shipping options sustainable and low for all customers, we thank you for respecting our values
